Fundraising cultural programmes

i. World famous Sitar Mastaero Pt. Ravi Shankar and Anoushka Shankar – accompanied percussionists - Bikram Ghosh, Tonmoy Bose, Abhijit Bandopadhaya on 21st December 2002 at Nazrul Mancha

Our standing ovation to Pt. Ravi Shankar, Mrs Sukanya Shankar and Ms Anoushka Shankar who contributed Rs.4.00 lakhs towards the establishment of CHLD & MOTHER CARE HOSPITAL

ii. Popular Vocalist BEGUM PARVEEN SULTANA and Renowned Sitar Mastaero Pt. BUDHADITYA MUKHERJEE – both accompanied in percussion by ABHIJIT BANERJEE, Gazal & Film Singer HARIHARAN on 2nd January 2005 at Nazrul Mancha Kolkata. FUTURE has been our partner in organising the programme.

iii. Mamata Shankar Ballet Troupe, Lopamudra Mitra and Swapan Basu at Howrah Sarat Sadan on 14/08/2004 .

Arogya Sandhan organized this programme in aid to BONE MARROW TRANSPLANTATION of 10 year old girl Sanjana whose parent is a physically handicapped in wheel chair. Our standing ovation to Mrs Mamata Shankar(our Advisory Board Member), Mrs Lopamudra Mitra and Mr. Swapan Basu who contributed their full performance honorarium for the treatment.

iv. Renowned Sitar Mastaero Pt. BUDHADITYA MUKHERJEE, Vocalist Mrs Koushiki Desikan accompanied Percussionist and Popular Sindger Mrs LOPAMUDRA MITRA on 8th March 2008 at Nazrul Mancha, kolkata.

Our standing ovation to Pt. Budhadity Mukherjee contributed his whole performance honorarium towards development of CHILD & MOTHER CARE HOSPITAL of Arogya Sandhan.
