Book

Unique book for parents, teacher, trainers of differently abled persons:

DISABILITY SAMADHAN (Solution)

Need of the Book:

Mental Retardation/ Visual Impairment/Hearing Impairment/Neuromuscular Disorder/ Multiple Disability & Multi-sensory Impairment (Autism, Deaf-blind, and Cerebral Palsy) can not be treated and cured. Proper and timely detection of these disorders with simultaneous interventions through appropriate training and therapies may help affected children/ persons to optimize their ability as well as self-dependency.

But it is found that majority of these challenged persons could not attend their optimum self dependency due to undue delay in detection and intervention because of parents’ ignorance /lack of awareness.

Prevailing deplorable situation is that till date there is no single comprehensive print resource which can help a would-be parents or new parents of challenged baby to equip them to address the problems of a challenged child in proper way so that they may attain optimum self dependency.

In view of the above, Arogya Sandhan Charitable Trust has decided to publish a book “DISABILITY SAMADHAN” which will be wealthy of information, methods, directions, experiences, resources helpful for parents, trainers, therapists, caregivers, educators and others in prevention and optimization of self dependency of challenged persons, if followed.
